The Lab Brazilian Jiu Jitsu offers Jiu Jitsu and other martial arts classes that include self defense, competitive sport, and fitness alternatives. Classes are available for children and adults, from beginner to advanced levels, with a Tiny Samurais martial arts program specifically for ages 3–5. Classes are structured to be challenging yet safe and rewarding, with an emphasis on camaraderie and brotherhood as the root and idea behind the teachings.
• Ages: 3–14 years old
• Schedule: Class options are offered Monday through Saturday, including morning all-levels sessions and afternoon/evening classes for Tiny Samurais ages 3–5, kids ages 5–14, and adults.
All classes at The Lab Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are taught by Black Belts and thoroughly trained coaches. The program offers a free 3-day trial. The Lab BJJ is described as one of the Antelope Valley’s most trusted and reputable places to learn Jiu Jitsu, with an environment that is safe, supportive, and welcoming to all levels of experience.
