Tutu Camp

Tutu Camp includes ballet class, time to decorate costumes, and chances for campers to learn the story of a famous ballet and take part in a production of their own creation. Campers also do camp crafts and create craft projects that might become props in performances or special momentos of their time at camp. Many camp sessions focus on different ballet stories from the classical repertoire, including Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, The Firebird, and Cinderella, and campers are asked to be prepared for a lot of leaping, twirling, and imaginative adventures.

• Schedule: 2026 camp sessions run in week-long blocks from late June through July, with each session meeting daily from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Price: Only $125 is due at the time of registration as a non-refundable deposit to secure a camper’s spot; the price is $595 per listed 2026 camp session

Tutu School introduces children aged 6 months to 8 years old to the world of ballet through storybook-themed classes, camps, and birthday parties. Its Ballet Storytime curriculum highlights ballets and musical scores from the classical repertoire while promoting messages in which kindness wins, love is celebrated, and courage often shows up in a tutu. The stated mission of Tutu Camp is to make space in the lives of children for creativity and joy, and to ensure that every child knows what it feels like to dance.
