Soca Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Lemon Grove offers Mini Grapplers, Little Grapplers, and Junior Grapplers, along with Adults Jiu-Jitsu Belt Program, Adults Advanced Jiu-Jitsu Belt Program, Adult No-Gi, Open Mat & Adult Striking, Striking Self-Defense, and Children’s No-Gi. About the provider
Professor Arlan is a 2nd degree Black Belt under 6th Degree Black Belt Alexandre “Soca” Freitas and has trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 16 years. The academy was founded by multiple time world champion and BJJ Legend Alexandre Soca Freitas. It is described as a family run and veteran owned academy serving Lemon Grove and the nearby area with local economy pricing.
Free introductory class and 2 free classes are mentioned. Adult 11:30am classes except Saturdays are by appointment only. Adult Advanced Gi is for white belt 4 stripes and above, 16 years old+, or by invite. Children’s No-Gi and Children’s Striking are for white belt 4 stripes and above, or by invite.
