• Price: Tuition: $670.00 monthly (12-month plan) or $8,040.00 annually; Plan A - Full Payment of tuition by June 1, 2025; Plan B - Two Payment Plan with payments due July 1st and December 1st, 2025; Plan C - 12 Monthly Payment Plan with FACTS July 2025 - June 2026; Registration Fees - $500 for new students, $475 for returning students; discounts available for First Responder, Military, Multi-family, and SJC Alumni
St. John of the Cross Preschool runs full days Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the last Friday of the month running from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and a half-day schedule is available upon request. SJC preschool teachers are certified by the state of California and the Diocese of San Diego. The preschool’s goal is to prepare students for kindergarten and beyond through an excellent academic curriculum offered alongside a wide variety of extracurricular activities and sports.
St. John of the Cross Catholic School is affiliated with the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Diego, California, and is a comprehensive Preschool, Elementary, and Middle School accredited by the Western Catholic Education Association. The Mission of Saint John of the Cross Catholic School is to live and teach the gospel, to evangelize, nurture and protect God-given freedom of the human person rooted in a Eucharistic-Marian spirit of mercy, through a quality education based on Catholic and Mercedarian tradition, collaborating with parents as educators.
