Tamraloo Studios Summer Camps offers themed weeks such as Summer Pirate Camp, Mission: Space Camp, Dino Discovery Camp, Crochet Camp, Summer of Stories camp, Swashbuckle & Sparkle: A Royal Dance Adventure, Budding Writers: Young Author's Camp, Summer Beach Dance Party Camp, Shiz Academy Camp, Lego Camp (Brick Builders Camp), and Spotlight Day Camp. Campers can take part in dance, drama, and music workshops, as well as music lessons, dance classes, acting classes, math and literacy programs, tutoring, art classes, crochet lessons, and a Day Camp that combines performing arts with unstructured recreation. The program also offers multiple performance opportunities throughout the year, including a Spring Showcase, and provides options such as an Extended Play Add-On with afternoon play and creative activities and a Spotlight Day Camp add-on for Pirate, Crochet, Space, LEGO, Dinosaur, Young Authors, and Literacy camps.

• Schedule: Summer camps run in week-long sessions with options such as morning or afternoon blocks, and the studio offers teaching hours Monday–Friday 8:00am–7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am–2:00pm.
• Price: Lessons range in price from $99/month for group instruction to $160/month and up for private lessons.
Summer Pirate Camp runs June 9–13 from 1pm–3pm, Mission: Space Camp runs June 23–27 from 12:30pm–3:30pm, and Dino Discovery Camp runs June 30–July 3 from 12:30pm–3:30pm. Crochet Camp runs June 23–27 from 1pm–2pm, Summer of Stories has Session 1 June 16–20 and Session 2 July 14–18 from 9am–12pm, and Swashbuckle & Sparkle: A Royal Dance Adventure runs June 23–26 from 9am–11:30am. Budding Writers: Young Author's Camp runs July 22–24 from 1pm–3pm, Summer Beach Dance Party runs June 16–19 from 9am–11:30am, Shiz Academy runs July 14–18 and July 21–25 from 9am–12pm, and Lego Camp runs July 7–11 from 1pm–3pm.
Tamraloo Studios Summer Camps also connects to ongoing programs such as Preschool Performers (ages 3–6), Storybook Stars (ages 5–8), Bel Canto Group Voice (ages 5–10), and dance styles including ballet, tap dance, jazz dance, hip-hop dance, and musical theater dance. Music instruction options include piano, voice, guitar, drum, strings, woodwind, and ukulele lessons, and the studio is a vendor for most major charters and accepts Alta and Own My Own funds. The program offers an internship program for student teachers that includes training, shadowing, and supervised teaching, and a free trial lesson for new students.
Tamraloo Studios Summer Camps is led by owner and Artistic Director Tamra Rogers, BA, MTNA, CAMTA. Tamra Rogers is an Elly Award-Winning Actress, professional vocalist and accompanist, and has been a music instructor for over 30 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from William Jessup University and is an accomplished collaborative pianist, choral conductor, vocal coach, and music director, and is a multiple SARTA Elly award winner for both musical direction and performance roles. Tamraloo Studios’ mission is to bring accessible, inclusive, and highest quality arts and education instruction to Placer County and beyond, allowing for students and instructors to create and educate to their highest potential.
Tamra is involved in community service as a Board Member for the Downtown Lincoln Association and as a member of Nawbo, Sorpotomists of Lincoln, the Lincoln Fourth of July Committee, and other groups, and Tamraloo students and teachers share their talents throughout Placer County and surrounding regions including Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville, and Granite Bay. Tamraloo Studios is consistently voted Best in the Arts.
Parent and student feedback includes comments from families who have participated in piano, voice, dance, theater, guitar, bassoon, saxophone, and workshops over multiple years. Testimonials describe experiences with both group and private lessons, note that students have taken part in a wide variety of services across music and dance, and mention support in areas such as high school math through Mathematics Assessment and Intervention and tutoring. Several parents and students reference long-term involvement with the studio and continued participation in its programs.
