Livermore Little League offers a structured baseball program for children in the community. The playing season typically starts with practices in January and concludes for most players in June. Post-Season and All-Stars activities begin in June and wrap up by late July or early August. Games and practices are held at various locations, including Robert Livermore Park and William (Bill) Payne Sports Park.

The program is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected annually in June. Livermore Little League is part of District 57 of the Western Region of Little League, emphasizing community involvement. The mission is to instill ideals of sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority in children.
