About

Family Camp offers a variety of activities including archery, swimming, sports, and art. Participants can also enjoy campfires, night hikes, talent shows, a camp dance, pumpkin carving, and tie-dye. The program includes diabetes education, providing a supportive environment for those affected by diabetes.

• Price: $1,195 per person for Tier 1, $840 per person for Tier 2
• Location: Bearskin Meadow Camp

The program is in its 88th season and is organized by DYF, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. The mission of DYF is to improve the quality of life for children, teens, and families affected by diabetes through education and recreation. Full access to world-class endocrinologist and diabetes care teams is available all week long. Scholarship options are funded through generous donations from community organizations, families, donors, and fundraisers. The camp is located in Sequoia National Forest, providing a unique setting for participants.
