About

Brick Tech LEGO Camps and Classes includes guided LEGO projects, LEGO classes, and LEGO camps that use LEGO bricks for robotics, engineering, and programming activities. The program combines guided LEGO projects with structured play time and structured playtime that includes collaborative play. Robots in the program are constructed and programmed using LEGO bricks.

• Ages: 5–12 years old

Brick Tech utilizes LEGO to explain STEM and robotics concepts and follows the Learning Through Play initiative put forth by The LEGO Foundation. LEGO classes explore the deeper mechanical interworking of LEGO projects, and students are taught how to apply their curiosity and learn how to engineer LEGO-built projects without using instruction books. LEGO camps are created for students to become fully immersed in the world of their favorite themes while learning STEM concepts. Each participant receives a custom LEGO kit with their own set of gears, motors, and Technic pieces, while bulk parts are only used for decorations and basic bricks. Each project includes an optional challenge that extends learning beyond the base build, and structured playtime allows participants to personalize creations and engage in collaborative play with peers through interactive, hands-on experiences. The program takes place in a safe and fun learning environment. At Brick Tech, the mission is to inspire and captivate the imagination of every child in the program, and Brick Tech embraces the goals of The LEGO Foundation and is committed to bringing its LEGO classes and LEGO camps to children everywhere.
