For more than 30 years, founder and director Charles Tentindo has worked professionally as an actor, director, director of photography, editor, inventor, and acting coach. His teaching philosophy is inspired by acting teachers including Larry Moss, Jeff Corey, Eric Morris, Howard Fine, Margie Haber, and Shashin Desai, and he studied improvisation at The Groundlings alongside Will Ferrell, Chris Kattan, and Lisa Kudrow. Charles Tentindo is the Founder and Director of My Acting Studio and The Aurora Theater Center for The Arts. The studio is located inside The Aurora Theater, which was designed and built by Charles Tentindo with the help of friends and students.
