The camp also offers a Talent Show and a Bubble Party as part of its activities. The program is led on-site by Director Molly.

Since 1980, Steve & Kate’s has held an optional Friday Pie-Day tradition with a whipped cream pie to the face at the end of the week. The camp states that, at Steve & Kate’s, campers choose which activities they do, whom they do it with, and for how long, and that the program focuses on kids being empowered, independent, resilient, and responsible for their own decisions. The camp notes that additional state-required paperwork must be submitted for every child before their first day, and that a virtual camp orientation is emailed to registered families before summer. The program indicates that families can buy any number of days and use them on any camp day, drop off and pick up at any time within camp hours, that long camp hours, meals, and snacks are included, and that unused days are automatically refunded at summer’s end. Steve & Kate’s also states that its summer day camps serve kids aged 4–12, that camp is included in Bright Horizons Back-Up Care benefits, and that the organization operates more than 70–90 locations from Manhattan to Manhattan Beach.

Testimonials about Steve & Kate’s Camp include comments from Andrew Stanton, Director of WALL-E, Finding Nemo, and Finding Dory, as well as coverage from Apple’s Hot News, Variety magazine, The Washington Post, and the Chicago Tribune.
