Zen Bushido Kan Karate Do

Zen Bushido Kan Karate Do offers Karate instruction for children and adults. The program has Preschool classes, Beginners classes, Intermediate classes, Intermediate/Advanced classes, and Advanced/Adult classes. It serves ages 3 to 19.

• Beginners — 5 to 12 · Wed & Fri 5:30pm-7pm; Tues & Thurs 6pm-7pm; Tues & Thurs 5pm-6pm and Saturday 10am-11am · Recreation Park in Long Beach; Drake Park in Long Beach; La Mirada Civic Center
• Intermediate — Tues & Thurs 6pm-7pm and Saturday 11am-12pm · La Mirada Civic Center
• Intermediate/ Advanced — For adults and those who are progressing in their karate journey · Mon, Wed, Fri 7:15pm-8:45pm · Recreation Park in Long Beach
• Advanced/Adult — Tues & Thurs 7:15pm-8:45pm and Saturday 12pm-1pm · La Mirada Civic Center
