Rise Up Athletics Gymnastics offers gymnastics, cheerleading, and tumbling, along with Recreational Girls Gymnastics Programs and Recreational Cheer Teams. The program also includes Competitive and Non-Competitive Teams & Classes, Recreational tumbling coed classes, Flyers Gymnastics & Parkour coed classes, Birthday Parties, and Gymnastics Camps.

• Schedule: Class and program options Monday–Thursday with hours between 9:30am and 7:30pm, Friday between 9:30am and 5:30pm, and Saturday between 8:00am and 12:00pm
Rise Up Athletics Gymnastics has been family-owned and operated since 1977 and was founded by Dale and Sharon Williamson and later carried on by long-time manager Cheryl Quinn. Rise Up Athletics (formerly Kidnastics) has served the Los Alamitos community for over 40 years, beginning in 1977 as a small gymnastics program and rebranding from Kidnastics to Rise Up Athletics in 2019. The facility is 23,000 sq. ft. and includes a parent viewing area. The program’s mission is to provide quality gymnastics in a fun, safe, and pressure free environment, with passionate, experienced coaches. The program states that it is “More Than a Gym—A Place to Rise” and notes that many of its original athletes now bring their children and grandchildren. The program offers a free trial class for new students.
