About

Soccer iQ Institute combines soccer training and soccer skills sessions with strength and conditioning, rehabilitation and recovery services, and weekly Mental Fitness curriculum. The program includes RECVR sessions in an Active Recovery Lounge, with infrared saunas, Rapid Reboot compression therapy, and cold plunge water therapy. Students participate in project-based learning, in-person learning, virtual education, and can access college recruiting exposure and international opportunities through the program’s integrated academics and elite soccer training model.

• Schedule: Educational suite operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and overall hours of operation from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., closed Saturday and Sunday.

Soccer iQ Institute follows a European-Style Academy Model that integrates academics and elite soccer training in one environment and uses an NCAA-Approved Curriculum. Through partnerships with CTL Academy, the program offers a project-based learning approach, including concurrent enrollment options to earn college credits while still in high school. The program includes structured performance training, built-in recovery practices, and daily training with motivated players from MLS Next, ECNL, and other top clubs. Soccer iQ Institute offers an innovative hybrid learning model that integrates in-person and virtual education and reports 600% more touches on the ball for students.

The weekly Mental Fitness curriculum focuses on resilience, self-coaching, positive self-talk, and visualization, and the program uses a core values framework with the acronym REACH: Resilience, Educational excellence, Athletic rigor, Character development, and Holistic coaching approach. The leadership team includes Jose Hernandez as Director of Athletics & Education, Trey Brocksen Scharlin as Director of Athletics and Programming, and Bridgette Robinson as Director of Operations and Education.
