Campers can also participate in water polo, diving, and yoga sessions that include flow yoga, strength poses, and flexibility poses. The camp is described as a hugely popular, action-packed summer camp.

• Ages: 0–13 years old
• Schedule: 2026 sessions offered in weekly blocks from June 8–12, June 15–19, June 22–26, July 6–10, July 13–17, July 20–24, July 27–31, and August 3–7

Camp Fremont includes a traditional summer camp for kids 10 and under that focuses on getting them outside and moving, with weekly special themes and an ever-changing lunch menu. Older campers ages 10–13 can attend Life Skills Camp, which introduces basics in cooking, gardening, car maintenance, and weekly themes to help prepare campers for a healthy future.

Equestrian activities begin with a barn tour and learning about barn facilities at Windy Hill Equestrian, along with interacting with horses from the ground on Mondays. By Tuesday, campers have mounted the saddle, and on Wednesdays they play games while steering their horse.

Tennis and pickle ball sessions blend instruction and game play, with Fremont Hills’ pros coaching campers through footwork drills, overhand throwing and catching, drop hit forehands and backhands, and an introduction to serving. The tennis curriculum develops with drills that progress in difficulty throughout the week, with kids playing on mini courts. Campers learn tennis on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and play pickle ball on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Traditional campers receive personalized swim instruction Monday through Thursday from teachers in the water, who work on kicking, breathing, and strokes while engaging children in games and competitions. Life Skills attendees use their swimming skills in new ways and learn how to play water polo and dive.

Yoga sessions are designed to create happy, healthy, and relaxed bodies and minds through traditional flow yoga and are combined with competitions. During each 40-minute yoga session, children are coached through strength and flexibility poses and learn to use flexibility and breathing techniques to engage in mindfulness.

Camp Fremont has been a favorite among South Bay families for decades. The camp is led by Camp Co-Directors Sarah Marken and Erica Wilson.
