LAGCC Day Camp runs as a traditional day camp experience with Wacky Wednesday theme days such as “Sun, Sand, and Shades! (Beach Day)” and “Lights, Camera, Camp! (Camp Hollywood).” Thankful Thursday projects include community service activities such as Cards for Hospitalized Kids, Alex’s Lemonade Stand, A Million Thanks, Club Appreciation Day, and Thankful for Camp. Friday Funday traditions include themes such as Fun Sunglasses Day and a Camp Talent Show, and SMILE Bands are used to acknowledge positive attributes and support camper personal growth. The camp is nut aware, and lunches and snacks served by the club do not contain any nuts, and all campers must be at least 5 years old by their first day at camp, potty-trained, and able to handle a full day program. Guests must be sponsored and accompanied by a member of Los Altos Golf & Country Club and must attend on the same days as their sponsoring member.

Camp Director John leads the program, which is part of KE Camps, established in 1999, with registration for Summer 2026 opening on February 6, 2026 at 10:00am PST. Weekly Thankful Thursday projects are described as simple, fun, and rewarding community service initiatives.

KE Camps requires all campers to wear the official camp shirt each day and to dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes, with electronic devices and cell phones left at home. Recommended items in a labeled bag or backpack include a collared golf shirt for golf days, optional golf clubs and tennis racquet, swimsuit, towel, sunscreen (with spray preferred for body), water bottle, an optional U.S. Coast Guard approved flotation device for non-swimmers or those classified as a Bogey, and optional extra snacks. A snack is served each afternoon, extra snacks are encouraged, families may pack their own lunch in a cooler or backpack, and no food that contains nuts should be packed.
