About the provider
Anahuak was founded in 1994 in Northeast Los Angeles and became a non-profit organization in 2000 after affiliation with CalSouth. Its mission is to inspire youth to continue their education through scholarship fundraisers and college visits. Qualified volunteers offer tutoring once a week, and the organization was created to serve as an alternative to drugs, gangs, and crime.
