The program typically maintains an 8-to-1 student-to-tutor ratio and states that participants are treated with respect and dignity to enhance personal self-worth and encourage them to become responsible, organized, independent learners. Its mission states that programs focus on accuracy, comprehension, teacher interaction, and students’ social-emotional well-being, and that students are prepared to succeed academically with rigorous high school and college curriculum, are challenged to become independent thinkers, and learn that academics come first. College Bound 4 Kids staff collaborates with superintendents, principals, teachers, and parents to create enrichment programs for elementary and middle schools. The leadership team includes Brandi Ford as a contact for bringing College Bound 4 Kids to a school, and Mrs. Kristen, Ms. Samara, and Mrs. Brandi for summer registration or payment questions.
