The organization’s vision is that children thrive in strong families and connected communities, and its purpose is to create a world where every child is safe to grow. All For Kids operates 13 sites throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties and serves 49,400 at-risk children and parents each year across Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, Kern, and Ventura Counties through services that include parenting classes, family resource centers, support groups, behavioral health counseling, foster care, and foster-adoption. The agency’s advocacy and community impact efforts extend to local, state, and national levels.
The leadership team includes Ronald E. Brown, Ph.D., President & CEO; Corina Casco, LCSW, MSW, Chief Program Officer; Kymberly Garrett, MBA, GPHR, Chief People & Diversity Officer; and Nesha Crossman, Chief Development Officer. Ronald E. Brown holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara, an M.B.A. from California State University, Long Beach, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University. Corina Casco is a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. Kymberly Garrett holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Nesha Crossman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Riverside and is a graduate of Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence.
