Marina Music Together offers Music Together classes that focus on family music-making and music education. The program also includes music and theater taught to kids and teens, as well as piano taught in elementary schools and privately.

Music Together was first offered to the public in 1987 and is an internationally recognized early childhood music program for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and the adults who love them. Marina Music Together is licensed by Music Together LLC, and Music Together is a registered trademark with art and logo design © 1992–2017 Music Together LLC. The program states that all children are musical and that music learning supports language, cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through open expression, exploration, and play, with classes based on the idea that children can learn to sing in tune, keep a beat, and participate with confidence when their early environment supports such learning. It offers free demo classes upon request, subject to current availability, and Playa Vista classes are for residents only.
The leadership team includes Co-Director and Teacher Cristina Luca, Co-Director and Teacher Michelle Barrios, and Teacher Erin Helms. Cristina has been a registered Music Together teacher since 2012, a Co-Director since 2013, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music with a concentration in Vocal Studies from Loyola Marymount University. Michelle has been a registered Music Together teacher since 2013, is a Co-Director, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Loyola Marymount University, has over 10 years of experience working with children and teens including work as a tutor and after school coach, and has taught piano in elementary schools and privately since 2006. Erin has been a registered Music Together teacher since 2020, graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music, Breadth Studies, and is part of Santa Monica Chorus, a women’s four-part harmony a cappella group and chapter of Sweet Adeline’s International.
Marina Music Together serves families in the Mar Vista, Playa Vista, Westchester, Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, Venice, Los Angeles, and Culver City communities and describes itself as a home for family music-making in these areas. It also has a sister location called South Bay Music Together.
