Rhodes School of Music offers music lessons including piano, guitar, voice, drums, ukulele, cello, violin, viola, trumpet, clarinet, saxophone, flute, and audio production. The program also includes mini-music for kids ages 3–5, as well as online music lessons. Music lessons are given on quality acoustic instruments, and piano is taught only on acoustic instruments and not digital keyboards.

• Schedule: Daytime, evening, and weekend lessons with month-to-month enrollment; lessons are billed on a monthly basis.
Rhodes School of Music has a dedicated, degree-holding faculty of over 30 teachers. The program’s mission is to offer music lessons in Los Angeles and the La Canada Flintridge area and to foster skill, appreciation, and enjoyment of music by providing a thorough music education in a comfortable, resourceful environment where teachers can develop partnerships with students and families. Unique features include full-time front desk staff for scheduling, billing, and questions; every instrument available in one place for siblings, multi-instrumentalists, and parents to schedule together or back to back; high quality acoustic pianos and drums; frequent performance opportunities; two big recitals per year in a performance venue; and smaller concerts on the second Sunday of every month. Additional features include a comfortable waiting area with free wi-fi, an outdoor patio at the Los Angeles location, no long-term commitment with month-to-month lessons, being open 7 days a week, and the option for online music lessons.
