First Flight Child Development Center at La Petite Academy

First Flight Child Development Center at La Petite Academy offers full-time care that includes hands-on activities, outdoor playtime, and field trips. The program also includes a full-day Summer Camp with a variety of activities for enrolled children.

The program offers full-time care for Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten students, and a Summer Camp for children age three years through Kindergarten. Students can take part in a wide variety of elective enriched programs. The curriculum follows a STEM approach, with science, technology, engineering, and math included in classroom activities. The Transitional Kindergarten Plus program is a comprehensive, full-day option with engaging experiences and personalized learning for 4- and 5-year-olds.

First Flight Child Development Center at La Petite Academy uses Sprout About, a parent/teacher application that allows communication with real-time updates. SproutAbout also provides free live streaming video of the child’s classroom to a mobile device. The Director is Gabby Romero, who is a Child Development major.
