Youth Education Tutoring Programs offers tutoring for students in grades 6–12, along with SAT Prep Classes and a College Corner. The program also includes a Summer Camp for TK–12th, a Learning Center with before and after school programs for TK–5, and Cultural Art & Enrichment Classes. Participants can also access a Toy Loan Program, School Supply Assistance, Computer Access, and several financial and employment-related services such as Financial Education, Financial Coaching, Credit Repair & Counseling, Homeownership Workshops, Job Training and Employment Support, and Employment Coaching/Support.

Youth Education Tutoring Programs is part of New Economics for Women (NEW), which was founded in 1985. NEW states that its mission is to spark economic mobility through affordable housing, education, entrepreneurship, wealth creation, and advocacy for economic justice. NEW is a California-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. NEW reports that it creates economic stability through 1,700 units of affordable housing across 15 housing developments throughout Southern California and has acquired and renovated 111 single-family homes throughout Los Angeles County to create homeownership opportunities for low- to moderate-income homebuyers.
