Los Gatos-Saratoga Community Education and Recreation offers a wide range of activities, including LGS Cheerleading Academy, LGS Basketball Academy, LGS Volleyball Academy, LGS Cheer, LGSR Sports Academies, and LGS Play Academy. The program also offers School Break Camps, After School Enrichment, Vasona Boating, LGSR Pickleball, LGSR Table Tennis Club, Youth/Adult Sports, Aquatics, Boating, Adult Fitness, a 55 Plus Program, Special Events, Facility Rentals, Athletic Facility Rentals, and a Live-Scan Fingerprinting Service.

Los Gatos-Saratoga Community Education and Recreation was formed in 1956. It was formed by the Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District and later re-organized by three local school districts as a separate joint powers agency to provide community education and recreation services to the communities of Los Gatos, Saratoga, Monte Sereno, and nearby mountain communities. Its mission is to provide fee-based public recreation programs for Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, and the Los Gatos mountain communities, as well as fee-based supplemental education programs and child care services for Los Gatos Union School District, Saratoga Union School District, and Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District. The organization describes its focus as building a healthy community through enrichment, innovation and fun, and it offers resources such as a 70th Anniversary Photo Contest, a 55 Plus Newsletter, Youth eFlyers, an Adult eFlyer, and Afterschool Enrichment eFlyers.
The leadership team includes Board Chairperson Anjali Sridhar (Community Member) and Board Vice Chairperson Dr. Ken Geisick (Superintendent, Saratoga Union School District), along with board members Paul Johnson (Superintendent, Los Gatos Union School District), Heath Rocha (Interim Superintendent, Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District), Anthony Reynolds (Community Member), Rob Caruso (Community Member), and Jared Messenger (Community Member).
