About the provider

NatureTrack’s mission is accessible outdoors; helping wheelchair users and others with physical disabilities experience nature. The leadership team includes Abby and Sue Eisaguirre. NatureTrack partners with assisted living, memory care, and senior communities, and it offers outings for assisted living groups and group homes. Volunteers can assist with events, fundraising, office work, and helping make the outdoors more accessible.

• Borrow a Freedom Trax — For individual use; borrowing is available for up to 3 weeks and requires leasing paperwork.
• Group Freedom Trax — For groups of 4 or more to do a beach day or day hike using the Freedom Trax; offered for assisted living groups and group homes.

Contact Abby at 970-739-6743 or [email protected], or Sue at 805-886-2047 or [email protected]. For borrowing, contact NatureTrack at least 1–2 weeks in advance. At the event, users will be asked to sign a liability waiver. The page says there is no-cost access.
