Teen Arts Council (TAC) is a volunteer-based program that brings together teens to express their creativity. Through TAC, participants work together to make a difference through the arts.

Teen Arts Council (TAC) is part of the Madera County Arts Council, a private, non-profit organization that works to support and promote all arts in Madera County. Madera County Arts Council was established in 1982 by the Madera County Board of Supervisors and became an incorporated agency with 501(c)(3) non-profit status in May 1983. Its mission is to provide Madera County residents and visitors access to art and culture through diverse programs and services, promote art education in schools and community activities, stimulate and support local arts groups and individual artists, serve all generations and multicultural groups, develop financial support for the arts, contribute to economic development through the promotion of the arts, and encourage and fund a wide variety of public art. Central Valley Community Foundation is seeking artist proposals for site-responsive artwork that reflects community, history, and legacy in California’s Central San Joaquin Valley, including Madera County.
