Brain Bridge states that it wants people to live happy, kind, and content lives and believes that self-knowledge can increase resilience and maximize individual gifts and contributions to the world. Each program is customized based on a learning evaluation, and program steps include Evaluation and Consultation, Training Sessions, and Continuation Options, with rigorous progress monitoring and many programs including a post-test. The program is described as a proprietary brain-based approach to learning and personal growth for youth and adults, is designed for every generation to be fun for kids and engaging for adults, and focuses on improving foundational learning skills, increasing learning abilities, and providing personalized tools for each client's “learning toolbox,” while also providing holistic support and serving as a bridge to a spectrum of resources. One of their main goals is to increase confidence at school, work, and home, and their approach is grounded in the analogy of “going to the gym for your brain.”

A parent testimonial from Andrea C. reports that her oldest child graduated from the program and says that he is not embarrassed to read out loud in class when called on, and that his confidence in reading changed from not wanting to read at all to being an active participant in school. She states that Brain Bridge took the time to find out what the issue was for each of her children and found a solution that works, and that it is not a tutoring center that has the children doing worksheets after worksheets but a place that takes the time to educate in ways that the children understand.
