CrossFit Kids includes activities such as plyometrics, gymnastics, running, rowing, stretching, and weight lifting basics using barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, and medicine ball work. The CrossFit Kids program is described as fun and play-based, with classes that prioritize teamwork and fitness through games. CrossFit Kids classes are specially designed to make exercise an enjoyable challenge, not a dreaded task.

Founded in 2008, Excel has helped the community lose thousands of pounds in fat and lift thousands of pounds in weights. CrossFit is described as a strength and conditioning program designed to get people fit. Each CrossFit class is coached by an experienced, knowledgeable coach, and CrossFit workouts can be scaled to anyone's ability. The CrossFit Kids program is designed to be universally scalable for the young adult, with weight training that emphasizes safety and proper technique. Healthy living for developing young athletes in this program includes pushing, pulling, running, throwing, climbing, lifting, and jumping effectively and safely, regardless of whether or not they play organized athletics. Kids in the program learn strength, cardiovascular conditioning, agility, coordination, and balance, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and leadership skills in the kids/teens program. Excel Barbell Club is a sanctioned USAW club with multiple Level 1 Sports Performance Coaches and offers weightlifting-specific classes, training equipment needed to go to the next level in the sport, and optional competition opportunities with athlete hours and special programming geared towards competition. Excel Yoga is a dedicated yoga studio with experienced instructors offering multiple classes per day in both Flow and Yin Recovery, and Excel Nutrition is a program that includes meeting with a coach and an informational binder with 6 chapters and pages for tracking progress. Child care is offered for 8:30 and 9:30 am classes, with child care passes purchasable in 4 packs and requiring sign-up 12 hours prior to use, and Move Physical Therapy offers full physical therapy services in the facility.
