Refuge Kids Day Camps

Refuge Kids Day Camps includes field trips, games, arts and crafts, sports, water play, hands-on projects, outdoor adventures, creative projects, seasonal themes, festive crafts, indoor games, themed days, outdoor games, and autumn activities. On Tech Day, campers may bring a fully charged device such as a tablet or Nintendo Switch with content downloaded in advance because Wi‑Fi will not be available.

Programs

• Refuge Kids Day Camps – School Break Enrichment (Grades K–7) — Children grades K-7 / 5yrs-7th grade · Offered during school breaks: spring, summer, fall, winter, and in-service days; camp hours 10:00 AM–3:00 PM with complimentary before and after-care 6:30 AM–6:00 PM · Daily and weekly enrichment programs organized by age groups, led by trusted staff and expert instructors with background checks; activities include field trips, games, arts and crafts, and sports
• Fall Break Camp – Camp Current
• In Service Day Enrichment Camp – Coaster Creators (Modesto Children’s Museum) — $55 per day
• Winter Break Camp – Elf Academy
• Spring Break Camp — Option to select either one day or all five days; daily rate becomes more economical as more days are added · Outdoor adventures, creative projects, and seasonal themes in a safe, encouraging space
• Summer Break Camp — Offered in 12 weekly sessions with flexibility to pick 2 days or the entire week; can attend one week or all 12 · Includes on-site field trips, water play, games, and hands-on projects; each week offers new activities
• In-Service and Homeschooler Day Camps — Turn single-day school closures into themed, fun-filled experiences with projects, games, and activities; includes partnerships with local organizations such as Modesto Children’s Museum
• Winter Camp (general seasonal description) — Festive crafts, indoor games, and special themed days providing a safe, cheerful space
• Fall Camp (general seasonal description) — Seasonal crafts, outdoor games, and autumn activities to keep kids active and creative
