East Bay Academy Jiu Jitsu

East Bay Academy Jiu Jitsu offers Basics Jiu Jitsu, Advanced Jiu Jitsu, No Gi Jiu Jitsu, kids jiu jitsu classes, Kids Gi Classes, Kids No Gi classes, All levels BJJ, All levels Nogi BJJ, Open Mat, and Kids Competition Training. Kids jiu jitsu classes start from ages 5 and up. The program includes both gi and no-gi options for kids and adults, as well as open mat times for EBA Members and Sabre Affiliates.

• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Classes offered Monday through Sunday, including kids BJJ in the late afternoon and evening, adult Basics and Advanced BJJ on select weekdays and Saturday mornings, kids competition training on Saturday mornings, and Open Mat sessions on Friday at midday and evening and on Sunday mornings.

EBA Jiu Jitsu states that it was born out of the idea of bringing high level, great quality, and affordable Jiu Jitsu to the East Bay community and notes a family style atmosphere. The program describes an attention to detail style approach to teaching, mentions top quality instructors, and identifies itself as one of the best schools in the East Bay. East Bay Academy Jiu Jitsu is a Sabre Jiu Jitsu affiliate and offers Open Mat sessions for EBA Members and Sabre Affiliates. The program also invites families to come in and try a free class for kids jiu jitsu classes.
