About
Big Dog Surf Camp runs in summer sessions where campers are dropped off near Proof Lab and shuttled to the beach. The program follows the mission statement, “All you have to do is want it, and I will take care of the rest.” Campers are asked to bring a backpack, warm clothes, lunch, sunscreen, a water bottle, and a towel.
• Schedule: Summer 2026 schedule, Monday–Thursday, 9:00am–4:00pm
• Price: $1,400 per session; single week sessions available for $750
Big Dog Surf Camp is led by Ian Glover, also known as The Big Dog. Ian went to Dominican University to become a teacher. Campers are shuttled to the beach as part of the daily logistics.
