The Strawberry Recreation District was established in 1949. Its mission is to enrich the quality of life in the community by offering a diverse range of recreational programs, parks, and facilities that promote health, wellness, learning, and fun. In partnership with the Tiburon Peninsula Foundation, SRD offers a Youth Scholarship Program for Marin County residents under the age of 18.
