Performing Arts Academy of Marin

Performing Arts Academy of Marin offers movement classes and acting activities that include Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Tap, Musical Theatre, and Acro. The program’s After Camp Club includes structured activities and downtime with crafts, choice time, snack time, movement classes, and acting activities. During the summer months, the program offers camps and intensives that are described as recreational camps and separate summer intensives for students seeking challenges and continued training.

• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Camps run until 3:00pm, with After Camp Club aftercare available Monday–Friday from 3:00–5:00pm for ages 4–12
• Price: Students not picked up by 5:00pm are charged $1 per minute past 5:00pm; cancellations more than 14 business days before camp start incur a $50 per session per camper fee; cancellations less than 14 business days before camp start forfeit half the camp session fee per camper; camp change requests must be in writing and incur a $15 administrative fee

PAAM states that it equips young artists with well-rounded, whole-person dance and theater arts training and the confidence to take on whatever path they choose. PAAM Arts offers in-person classes as part of its school year programs, performing opportunities in its Jr and Mainstage series, and summer camps. It also provides advanced training within BAYPAC, which is home to an Intensive Training Program for both dance and theater, as well as a Dance Company and Pre-Professional track, and the PAAM Squad for those transitioning from beginner classes into more advanced performing opportunities.
