RoCo Dance Youth Programs includes RoCo’s Youth Companies, Hip Hop with Micaya, an Axis Syllabus Workshop, a Taiko Drumming Series with Kristy “Aki” Oshiro, Bring a Friend Week, and Dance Without Boundaries. The program is for ages 5 to 18.

About the provider

RoCo Dance was founded in 1993. Its mission is to inspire authenticity and confidence through creative practice, physical rigor, exposure, and acceptance. RoCo dancers perform 4-6 times annually at Bay Area performance venues, and the program states that it is committed to inclusion and equity in its dance program and practices.

All tuition fees are non-refundable. If a student withdraws due to sickness or injury, a credit for future classes may be issued with a doctor’s note. Registering a child acknowledges participation in a dance class at RoCo Dance & Studios, Inc located at 237 Shoreline Highway, Mill Valley, CA. The source also states that by signing up for classes, the student grants RoCo Dance permission to use their likeness in photographs and/or video.
