Shakespearience

Shakespearience offers inter-curricular programs, after-school workshops, and summer camps where students work with Shakespeare’s plays, mythology, and stage combat, including broadsword for a full company melee. Specific sessions include Myth Makers - The Trojan War, Hamlet, and Swords, Scenes, & Soliloquies, which feature cumulative partner-based work and a performance on the final day for the Myth Makers sessions. Camps include instruction from award winning theatre professionals and use stage combat as part of the storytelling, trust, and teamwork involved in the plays.

• Myth Makers - The Trojan War (June 22-26) — Students Ages 9-12 | Captain in Training 13+ · Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM · $550 per session · 1-week theatrical journey to Troy; performance on the final day; takes place at Old Mill Park in Mill Valley; cumulative partner-based work, daily participation is crucial.
• Hamlet (June 29 - July 10) — Students Ages 9-12 | Captain in Training 13+ · Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM · $900 per session
