LIFE OF MARTIAL ARTS offers martial arts classes that include values-based martial arts and leadership training and practical self-defense for teens. The program also offers a Summer Martial Arts Camp, a martial arts themed birthday party package, Parent Night Out events, and family classes where families train together. New students can attend a free trial class, and participants are asked to wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.
