StrengthFlex Gymnastics offers gymnastics, dance, acro training, recreational gymnastics, and strength, flexibility, acro, and tumbling training. The program includes options such as Academy Recreational Classes, Academy Classes, an Amateur Competitive Team, a Recreational Competitive Team, Toddler and Kinder Gymnastics, Adaptive Gymnastics, and elite acro-training for competitive dancers. StrengthFlex Gymnastics also offers StrengthFlex for Professional Athletes, masterclasses, private lessons, Parents Night Out events, day camps when there is no school, holiday camps, and birthday parties.

Head Coach Valentina Atanasova brings over 20 years of gymnastics experience and has been involved in gymnastics since age 6 as a gymnast, judge, and coach. The mission of StrengthFlex Gymnastics states that it offers a safe and rewarding environment to revel in the art of gymnastics and aims to empower children with skills to develop a positive self-image, healthy mind, and healthy body.
