Tiny Treasures Preschool includes song, stories, prayer, Chapel time, and participation in Sunday service as part of its Christian early education program. The program uses an age-appropriate curriculum in a Christ-centered and positive academic environment and is located in a newly renovated preschool building in the Education Building.
In 1951 a group of dedicated church staff and members created a preschool ministry that would offer a Christian early education program as an extension of the church to reach out to the community. Tiny Treasures Preschool was established to provide a Christ-centered, safe, nurturing, high-quality learning environment through an age-appropriate curriculum and encourages children to explore learning through fun, play, and discovery, sharing God’s love through kindness, respect, honesty, care, and gratitude. As an extension of FPC Monrovia, Tiny Treasures Preschool is a ministry of FPC Monrovia and recognizes, understands, and observes the church’s Statement of Purpose. The program teaches about the abundance of God’s love through song, stories, prayer, and Chapel time and partners with parents and family to encourage and nurture development spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually, with a focus on the development of the whole child. The preschool holds License #: 191501861, and tours are offered by appointment.
