Monterey Condors Club offers a recreational youth soccer program that includes a 5v5 soccer tournament, NorCal Premier league play, and the MLS Go recreational program. The program also holds tryouts and fields both competitive and recreational boys’ and girls’ teams. In 2024, Monterey Condors Club had over 200 kids playing in the NorCal Premier league from U11 to U19, and it launched the MLS Go recreational program in 2025.

Monterey Condors Club was founded in 2017 as a nonprofit organization. Its mission states that it recognizes that young people throughout communities need a support system to maintain optimal health and achieve their athletic and academic goals, and that it mobilizes the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors to provide this support. The club provides quality soccer development for youth in communities throughout Monterey County and offers scholarships to kids so they can be part of the Condors Family. The leadership team includes soccer coaches Carlos Espinoza, Edson Jimenez, Manuel Cervantes, Hugo Delgado, Jesús Jiménez, Charlie Rocha, Isaac Flores, and Angel Gari; CSUMB Service Learning Volunteers Margaret Moreno and Angel Rodriguez; administrative staff member Marco Pulido; and referee assignor Colin Arblaster. The Monterey Condors Club mobilizes volunteers and donors to support youth in communities throughout Monterey County, involves CSUMB Service Learning Volunteers, and lists Allen Accident & Injury Attorneys as a sponsor. Donations go toward the purchase of balls, nets, cones, and uniforms for club members.
