Monterey Jazz Education includes activities such as a summer jazz camp, all-star student ensembles, and community events. Founded in 1958 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit education organization, Monterey Jazz has been committed to celebrating America’s creativity and cultural heritage for over 65 years. Reaching more than 3,000 students annually, education is described as being at the heart of Monterey Jazz’s mission.
