Ragnarok Athletics offers martial arts and fitness training that includes Martial Arts, Fitness, Self Defense, Muay Thai, MMA, kick-boxing, Youth MMA, and a Lil Ninjas program. The Lil Ninjas program uses basic martial arts skills and movements to build a foundation for future martial arts and self defense, and it uses games to build skills needed for self defense in a fun and engaging way. More mature and serious Lil Ninjas are allowed to stay during the Youth MMA warmup to learn the basics of the system and eventually move into that program, and there is a pathway for older Lil Ninjas to move into the Youth MMA program.

Ragnarok Athletics includes a Free Women's Self Defense Class. Younger ages are taken on a case by case basis and may be accepted with certain modifications and conditions. The program lists Joe and Joey in its leadership. The stated goal for each individual is to improve how they move and their body's ability to handle the daily stresses of life and fitness, while building a culture where everyone can succeed, have fun, and push each other.
