Moorpark Little League offers youth baseball and youth softball under the Little League Baseball, Incorporated organization. The program uses multiple fields, including Field A (AAA), Field B (AA), Field C (Farm), Field D (Majors), Tee Ball 1, Tee Ball 2, Tee Ball 3, Juniors, and Poindexter Farm at the Moorpark Little League Complex for its activities. Little League Baseball, Incorporated states that it believes in the power of youth baseball and softball to teach life lessons that build stronger individuals and communities.
Moorpark Little League is part of a program of leadership that prepares today's youth to be tomorrow's leaders. At the local level, Little League relies on a devoted group of adult volunteers, including grandparents, siblings, aunts and uncles, retirees, community leaders, former Little Leaguers, friends, and neighbors, to help keep the organization structured and running smoothly. Any community member who wishes to become a volunteer may apply, and the program encourages all parents of children involved in Little League Baseball to volunteer. Additional features connected with Moorpark Little League include the MpLL Swag Store, the Helus Award, a golf tournament, and migration to Sports Connect and GameChanger.
