The Town FC / Town Futures Youth Soccer Programs offer youth soccer, including recreational, competitive, and elite youth soccer. The programs are part of a broader structure that also includes adult leagues. The Town FC operates a men’s team in MLS NEXT Pro through a partnership with the San Jose Earthquakes’ MLS NEXT Pro affiliate.

Town Soccer Holdings, LLC is a joint venture between The Town Group LLC and Soccer Training Solutions LLC and will operate elite programs such as MLS NEXT and Elite Academy. Town Soccer Holdings, LLC will also operate grassroots programs like MLS GO and is pursuing the Girls Academy and GA Aspire. Town Soccer Holdings, LLC will advance the development of a future professional women’s soccer team in WPSL Pro.
The Town Group LLC launched in early 2022 as a collective of more than forty local investors who have come together to support the future of soccer in the East Bay. Town Soccer Holdings, LLC plans to spearhead the redevelopment of the Antioch Youth Sports Complex to support recreational, competitive, and elite youth soccer, as well as hosting annual tournaments, and the revamped complex will feature a dedicated training facility for men’s and women’s professional soccer teams.
The Town Group LLC seeks to offer programs for players of all ages and skill levels through their Town Futures program, from youth development to adult leagues and on to professional levels of play. The Town FC aims to create a soccer community by bringing together players, fans, sporting professionals, and value-aligned partners to grow the sport. Town Soccer Holdings, LLC’s mission is rooted in advancing youth soccer opportunities through collaboration and in working closely with like-minded soccer clubs and youth sports organizations to foster elite-level pathways for players.
Leadership connected to these efforts includes Benno Nagel, Cofounder and CEO of The Town Group; Jon Scole, Managing Partner for Soccer Training Solutions; and Richard Weiszmann. According to Benno Nagel, The Town Group is expanding on its partnership with Jon Scole and Richard Weiszmann and with the DVFC community, with a focus on providing players with more opportunities to excel at the youth level. According to Jon Scole, Soccer Training Solutions was created to create player pathways and expanded opportunities for kids, and he states that this capacity is growing through the partnership with The Town Group.
