Kinetic Performance Institute Youth Development Baseball focuses on Youth Development Baseball along with Baseball Development and Softball Development. The program includes strengthening and conditioning and advanced physical training as part of its training approach.
• Ages: 8–14 years old
• Schedule: Office hours Monday–Thursday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, Friday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
