The program emphasizes year-round athletic development, including year-round athlete development that goes beyond the basics, and uses individualized training programs tailored to each player with a focus on personal growth and development in strength, skills, and mindset.

Kinetic Performance Institute is described as the standard in data-led training and has built its reputation by developing some of the best baseball and softball athletes on the West Coast. Every athlete in high school and above starts with a full performance assessment and then receives a customized plan built around their goals. The program uses advanced technology such as Trackman, HitTrax, Blast Motion, Hawkins Dynamics force plates, Proteus, and more to power data-driven programs and advanced analysis and testing.
