Early Childhood Coaching (ECC) was launched in March 2020, with Ranch Camp starting as a pilot program from June 2020–2022 and moving to Moss Beach Ranch’s neighboring ranch in summer 2023. The mission of Early Childhood Coaching Ranch Camp @ Moss Beach Ranch is to make a positive difference every day in the lives of young children by giving them an authentic hands-on and up-close interaction with horses in a rural ranch setting, as well as to establish tools for parents to learn more about their children. The program’s tagline is “where dreams begin…”.

Camp Director Lynn Turner has dedicated the past four decades to working with young children, families, and teachers, including work at a College ECE Lab School in southern California and over 10 years as Director of a reputable preschool in San Francisco, and she currently serves as an Education Coach for San Francisco Head Start supporting teachers of children ages 0–5; she has also owned two horses over the past two decades. ECC programs are accessible to all children and families regardless of socioeconomic status through scholarships from generous donations, and scholarships are still available. ECC also consults with elementary schools in the San Francisco Bay Area by providing assessments and observations of programs in action and then meeting with staff and administrators to develop strategies for increasing the success of specific programs. The Early Childhood Coach, LLC and/or Lynn Turner (collectively “ECC”) is not a licensed medical professional, is not trained in diagnosing psychological or medical conditions, and is not a substitute for medical care or medical advice.
