USA Ninja Challenge is a year-round obstacle course training program that combines activities such as obstacle course training, gymnastics, climbing, cross training, and track & field. Kids take part in specific skills including running, jumping, box jumps, long jump, jumping over or onto obstacles, jumping from platform to platform, and jumping from platforms to ropes or cargo nets. They also practice tumbling skills, vaulting, block pushing, and moving across balance-focused obstacles such as balance beams, slack lines, wobble ramps, quintuple steps, and rolling barrels, along with swinging on rings, ropes, hanging ladders, nun chucks, and cannon balls, and climbing and traversing ropes, cargo nets, peg boards, rock walls, ladders, ledges, devil steps, and warped walls.

USA Ninja Challenge offers Ninja Fitness Classes that give kids an immersive experience into the sport of Ninja, with a class program that has 6 levels to master using a wide variety of progressions, drills, and challenges, and each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities. The curriculum is designed to meet the requirements of a full physical fitness program for youth, and each obstacle course includes corresponding conditioning and flexibility stations, with the stated purpose of building children’s self-esteem, confidence, and sense of accomplishment, one obstacle at a time. The program also offers a day camp program that focuses on building confidence through fun and fitness, where kids navigate obstacles with children their own age, and parties that are supervised by experienced coaches in a safe, fun environment. USA Ninja Challenge gyms compete within the Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association, the official Global League of World OCR for Ninja Competitions, and USANC is the proud exclusive fundraising partner promoting the 2028 Olympic Pentathlon.
