USA Ninja Challenge combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross training, and track and field, and its class program has 6 levels to master, with each Ninja progressing according to their own abilities. Ninja Fitness Classes give kids an immersive experience into the sport of Ninja and use standard apparatus such as rings, balance obstacles, and tumbling surfaces, along with specialized ninja training equipment such as cargo nets, traverse walls, slack lines, ropes, ladders, and warp walls. Each portion of every obstacle course includes corresponding conditioning and flexibility stations, and camps focus on building confidence through fun and fitness while kids navigate obstacles with children their own age. Parties at USA Ninja Challenge are supervised by experienced coaches in a safe, fun environment. The stated purpose of the program is to build children’s self-esteem, confidence, and sense of accomplishment, one obstacle at a time.
