Sierra Mountain Music Camp is a one-week choral and string orchestra camp with daily music rehearsals and twice daily electives. About the provider
Sierra Mountain Music Camp is the 32nd annual camp. It began at the Community of the Great Commission at Foresthill, and in 2000 it became Sierra Mountain Music Camp with the addition of an orchestra for all ages. Its mission is to give children from 4th grade through college an opportunity to learn through music, experience nature without distractions, and make lasting friendships. The camp notes daily music rehearsals with award-winning directors.

The camp is not affiliated with nor does it practice a specific faith at camp. It is a 'PG' rated camp with strict behavior, language, and dress guidelines. Cabins are separated by age/grade and gender. Dairy Free, Vegetarian, and Gluten-Free options are available. All medications, including vitamins, must be turned in at registration. Pets are not allowed on-site. Camp is a no-device zone. Parents may call campers only in case of emergency. Cancellation policy: all deposits are 100% refundable until 5/15; after 5/15 a $75 musical and t-shirt fee applies; no full-tuition refunds after 6/1.
