Gold Country Kuk Sool Won

Gold Country Kuk Sool Won offers Turtle Tots for children ages 2½ to 5, where children work on balance, motor skills, and flexibility and are introduced to etiquette, patience, and practice. It also offers Children's Classes, Teen-Adult Classes, Family Classes, and Private Lessons. Classes are taught six days a week, with morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend classes, and students progress at their own pace according to their abilities and are encouraged to come as often as they like.

Programs

• Turtle Tots — 2½ to 5 · A fun introduction to martial arts training. Children work on balance, motor skills, and flexibility, and are introduced to etiquette, patience, and practice.
• Children's Classes — Children build strength, balance, coordination, and self-discipline while learning martial art.
• Teen-Adult Classes — Dynamic classes for teens and adults focused on self-defense, stamina, weight loss, self-confidence, strength, agility, balance, flexibility, coordination, focus, and concentration.
• Family Classes — Kuk Sool Won training for families.
