Alta Performing Arts

Alta Performing Arts offers dance classes and musical theatre training that include ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, hip hop, combo classes, and musical theater classes. The program also offers advanced classes, private lessons, vocal coaching and vocal coachings, audition prep, gymnast/acro, performance skills, and speciality choreography. The studio offers intimate classes with one-on-one mentorship, and all dance classes and musical theater students are welcome to perform in the Spring Recital in late May or early June.

Alta Performing Arts states that each student receives professional-level training in a joyful, inspiring, and ever-growing environment. The program’s mission is to sprinkle joy while igniting a fire in each child that helps evoke an everlasting confidence, instill self-assurance, and foster a drive and determination to reach new heights. Alta Performing Arts states that it inspires young performing artists to be fierce, fearless, passionate, and bold. The leadership team includes Miss Monique as Studio Director and Lead Teacher, with Miss Katarina and Miss Jade as teachers. The studio participates in Newark Days performances and the annual parade.
