Fremont Youth Basketball Club (FYBC) is a youth basketball organization that offers weekend practices and tournaments. Each team has two hours of practice per week, and players are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for warm-up to make the most effective use of court time.

Founded in 1997 by Lee Ai, Jin Lon Hon, and Robert Kin, FYBC is a nonprofit youth basketball organization based in Fremont, California. The club serves boys and girls from 4th through 12th grade and welcomes players of all skill levels. It focuses on youth basketball, skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, character building, and competitive play in a safe and inclusive environment. The club was powered in its early days entirely by volunteer coaches and parents and is guided by the principle “No child left behind.” The organization is now a California Not-for-Profit Organization and is overseen by an experienced Board of Directors, dedicated coaches, and supportive parents and families who volunteer their time and energy.
The current leadership team includes Jinlon Hon as Board Member and President, Lee Ai as Board Member and Head Coach, Liming Zhong as Gym Director and Event Director, Jamie Samuel as Treasurer, Rebecca Lin as Event Director, Joe Hsu as Web Designer, and Karen Wong as Jersey Director. The club’s mission is to create opportunities for young athletes to grow in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
