Theater Factory's elective drama programs offer a variety of activities including theater games, exercises, improvisations, and specialized workshops. These activities focus on acting and help build team spirit and leadership development through theater.

The program is led by a leadership team that includes Ish Amitoj Kaur as Director, CEO, and Founder, Isabella La Bove as Choreographer, Davis Zamboanga as Music Director, and LJ Bryant as Vocal Director. Theater Factory has a history of 26 years of teaching drama and collaborates with various cities such as Newark, Dublin, Hayward Area Park Ramp Recreation District, and Palo Alto Children's Theatre.
